A bar in Cork City booked their staff out with us. Their custom trip started with drinks before the trip in Cork City.
After an introduction & safety briefing everybody received a life jacket. We departed the Port of Cork Marina in Cork City and cruised down the River Lee. Our RIBs are fitted with Bluetooth so the staff were able to select their playlist to kick off their party.
Beyond Blackrock the speed limited & we opened up the RIBs as we traveled through Lough Mahon heading towards the first stop of the trip in Aghada. After a 30min stop in Aghada we ventured off shore in search of wildlife. After a trip offshore we stopped in Cobh for another 30min stop before returning to the City.
On the return trip the group had the opportunity to enjoy a sunset over Cork Harbour. On arrival to the City dinner was waiting for the group & the continued their evening.
A company in Co. Cork wanted to treat their staff to a well earned day off. They wanted something different, a day to remember. We departed from Cork City mid afternoon on a sunny summers day.
We cruised down the river, our two RIBs Slainte & Saoirse riding side by side. We ventured offshore where we enjoyed a spot of wave jumping and our two boats had great fun weaving through each others wake. At one stage there was an impromptu water fight between the two groups!
Next was a stop in Aghada for a meal & a few drinks in The Pepper Stack before returning to the boats for an early evening cruise back to the city, taking in a summers sunset as it set over the city.
A group of "wild" park rangers wanted to leave the city behind and see what treats our beautiful harbour and beyond had in store.
Starting in the Quays Bar with a few drinks we headed towards Roches Point where we were lucky enough to spot Puffin and Minke Whales.
After taking in one of the best sunsets of the year we stopped in Crosshaven where the group enjoyed some fresh seafood and a few drinks.
After they had their fill we returned to Cobh where the group finished their evening.
